Guidelines for Submitting Full Papers (FLTAL-2026)

Full papers may be submitted only by authors whose abstracts have been accepted for presentation at the conference (individual paper sessions). Submission of a full paper is optional, but only authors who have completed full registration for FLTAL-2026 will be eligible for publication consideration.
Selected papers will undergo peer review and may be published in:
• partner journals,
• an edited conference volume,
• or other FLTAL-affiliated academic publications.

1.Originality and Publication Ethics

By submitting a manuscript, the author confirms that:
• the manuscript is original,
• has not been previously published,
• and is not under review elsewhere.
If the submitted work substantially overlaps with another publication by the same author, it is the author’s responsibility to disclose this to the FLTAL-2026 Editorial Board.

2.Manuscript Format

Manuscripts must adhere to the following formatting standards:
• File format: Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx)
• Word count: 2,000–3,000 words, including title page, abstract, endnotes, and
references
• Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt
• Line spacing: single-spaced
• Margins: 2.5 cm (1 inch) on all sides
• Language: English (British or American spelling is acceptable, but consistency is required)
FLTAL-2026 reserves the right to make minor linguistic and stylistic corrections to ensure clarity and accuracy.

3.Structure and Section Numbering

Authors should number the main sections and subsections of the manuscript (e.g., 1., 1.1., 2., 2.1.) to facilitate clarity and cross-referencing.
Typical structure:

  1. Introduction

  2. Literature Review

  3. Methodology

  4. Findings / Results

  5. Discussion

  6. Conclusion

  7. References

  8. Appendices (optional)

4.Endnotes

If endnotes are used:
• Insert superscript numbers in the text,
• Place all endnotes at the end of the manuscript, before the reference list.

5.Citation Style

Use APA (American Psychological Association) 6th Edition for:
• in-text citations,
• references list formatting.
For detailed guidance, consult the official APA resources.

6.Title Page Requirements

The title page must include:
• Full title of the paper
• Author name(s)
• Institutional affiliation(s)
• Email address(es)
• Abstract of up to 350 words
• 3–5 keywords

7.Author Biography

Include a brief biographical note (approximately 100 words) covering:
• academic background,
• specialization areas,
• research interests,
• and/or relevant professional experience.
